In this role you will take leadership of planning and customer service activities to ensure timely and cost-effective material planning, scheduling and inventory control.

Main duties and responsibilities
Ensure a safe and secure working environment for all employees.
Assist customers in making purchasing decisions by providing relevant information and guidance.
Process customer orders accurately and promptly to meet export, warehouse, and delivery deadlines.
Log and manage all telephone and email inquiries and complaints efficiently throughout the case lifecycle, ensuring adherence to service level agreements (SLAs) and following call flow and escalation procedures.
As a CCTV Operator you will be monitoring security systems in a busy control room at a client site.
Your main aim will be to ensure that all electronic systems, intruder alarms, access control systems, processes and procedures meet service levels and the security needs of the business.
Lead and manage all planning activities including works order creation, scheduling and planning controls best practice.
