The starting salary for this permanent, full-time position is £29,697 per annum based on a 36 hour working week. We are excited to be hiring a new Woodland Skills Coordinator at Surrey Outdoor Learning and Development! The primary base for this role will be at Thames Young Mariners in Ham, Richmond, TW10 7RX with a requirement to work across our other centres, and within our outreach team across Surrey. The working hours may vary from week to week to meet business needs and there will be occasional evenings, weekends and bank holidays. About the role This is a fantastic role for an experienced Bushcraft, Forest Schools or Woodland Skills Instructor who has the passion and drive to further develop the SOLD Little Squirrels product and coordinate the SOLD Woodland Skills offer across all sites and within our outreach service. You will motivate the team through great management, support staff with their professional development and training and inspire staff to deliver exceptional programmes.
