Over-16s attend two days a week and work in all areas of the Farm, gaining experience and qualifications, and progressing to peer mentor positions.
We run community-led wellbeing-focussed outdoor volunteering programmes which offer participants wellbeing and learning opportunities, along with socialising and playing a part in building a community.

The Fire Officer will be responsible for ensuring the Associations properties are inspected, managed, and maintained in accordance with the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005 and internal policies and procedures.
You'll be responsible for contributing to exceptional customer experience throughout the store, you will support with daily operations, and help motivate the team to achieve their goals.
As a supervisor of the store, you'll be responsible for keeping our customers happy, our sales booming, and our team motivated to crush their goals.
