Relationship building with customers and colleagues. General problem solving and solution finding for customers. Ensure daily invoicing and administrative tasks are completed. Understanding of customs procedures for exporting trailers from the UK Follow up customer queries for their shipments. Preparation of customs and sanitary documentation Please note, this position is fully office based.
