Zachary Daniels are recruiting for a well established and successful wholesaler who are seeking an office administrator & marketing coordinator to join their team on a part time basis - 3 days per week (there is an element of flexibility on times and days). Duties include: Office Administrator Duties: Handle All telephone calls in a professional and diligent manner Meet and greet all visitors. Insure smooth running of all computer equipment. Filing, scanning, printing, photocopying, typing, laminating and document building asrequested. Database management and use sage with the highest attention to detail. Direct all post and couriers. Completing HACCP forms daily. Renewing car and van insurance. With direction from the wider team, supporting with running errands and projects Deal with correspondence and emails quickly, efficiently and to a high standard. Marketing Duties: Create and manage marketing materials, ensuring they are uniform across the company. Design and create quarterly newsletters. Provide continuity throughout all official documents e.g. application forms, T&C's etc Ensure the company is effectively using all social media channels Design and implement all social media updates and posts onLinkedIn/Facebook/Twitter/Instagram Update website with new articles, projects, team updates. Liaise with PR team for press releases. Analyse and report on the effectiveness of advertising campaigns and monitor overallperformance. Support the preparation, organisation, and delivery of company events. Business Development: Sourcing potential leads for converting to new business. Building revenue from existing clients. Developing new business opportunities. Keep the team and client up to date with competitive news and market trends. Making sure that all account tasks get done in an efficient manner.
