Attention to detail and accuracy in work. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. Familiarity with construction industry terminology and processes is a plus. High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in office administration or Human Resources are a plus. About the Role: Monday-Friday 07:00-17:30 Rate: £15.00 per hour Assist in daily administrative tasks such as visitor pass requests, meeting with visitors at the gatehouse, arranging visitor inductions, and preparing daily timesheets. Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for executives and team members. Maintain and update company databases, records, and filing systems. Prepare and distribute documents, reports, and presentations as needed. Assist in the preparation of contracts, proposals, and other project-related documents. Following up on car rental agreements and hotel agreements. Manage office supply inventory and place orders when necessary. Assist in organizing company events, conferences, and meetings. Collaborate with other administrative staff to ensure seamless communication and workflow. Perform general outside administrative duties. Uphold a strict level of confidentiality regarding sensitive company information. 6 year project Start: ASAP, subject to interview.
