About the Role
We are seeking an Interim Short Breaks Coordinator to join the team immediately and oversee a Short Breaks provision for young people with SEND.
Key Responsibilities
Coordination: Manage and coordinate the after-school and weekend short breaks service, ensuring high-quality care and support for young people with SEND.
Staff Supervision: Oversee and support the team of carers and volunteers, providing guidance and addressing any operational issues.
