We are looking for a talented, enthusiastic Head Chef for our dedicated catering team in Skelmersdale, producing outstanding food using the finest and freshest ingredients in this prestigious contract.
Up to £29,232 per annum (depending on experience)
Mainly Monday to Friday but occasional weekend support may be required
Kitchen Hygiene: To ensure that the kitchen is kept clean at all times.
Standards: To promote high standards and to comply with all relevant legislation and regulations.
Risk Management: To play an active part in the assessment and management of risk to maintain a safe operating environment for staff, service users and the public.
Preparing and cooking nutritious meals tailored to residents' dietary requirements, including special diets (e.g., allergies, medical conditions).
