The Role
The role of Cook is to provide good quality food, for a range of dietary needs, using fresh ingredients.
The role will deliver an effective catering service with a dynamic approach to continually strive to improve the catering with new initiatives and menu ideas and distilling an enthusiasm for cooking and eating well in others.
Key Duties
Provide a balanced menu and diet to a high standard within budget.
Weekend Cook with previous catering / cooking and hands-on food preparation experience, who has excellent communication skills and the ability to engage with customers is required to join a well-established housing association.
Working as the Cook you will be responsible for leading and delivering a first-class service at the weekends for the retirement housing scheme, which accounts 57 self-contained apartments for residents aged 55.
