I am delighted to be recruiting for an established international Law firm in their search for a Global Revenue Manager to join their Glasgow office. This is a newly created role where the right candidate can come in and put their own stamp on the role and the Revenue function. The role involves the management of a global Billing and Revenue team ensuing they hit the agreed billing and aged WIP targets with a core focus on a reduction in WIP days. The main responsibilities of the role include: Complete end of month WIP reviews and understand reasons for non-billing and high WIP/lock up days. Work closely with the Head of Global Working Capital to outline service level agreements for all processes and manage service delivery such as to achieved defined service levels. Proactively engage with key stakeholders to deliver the firm's financial goals. Manage the firm's global WIP portfolio, ensuring timely billing and minimizing unbillable hours. Develop processes, systems, and procedures to continually improve efficiencies and client experience. Daily coordination of billing related requests, ensuring requests are completed in accordance with service level agreements. Support complex client billing challenges. Address in diligent and timely manner all inquiries and special projects from management. Undertake any other ad hoc duties/projects required. The right candidate will have: Minimum 3 year's global experience of billing management and/or WIP management in a legal or professional services environment. Proactive and self-motivated work ethos. Ability to anticipate work needs and follow through with minimum direction, follow up on own initiative. Previous knowledge and understanding SRA regulations. Good numeric, analytic, and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
