This role will involve working closely with the class teacher to create a positive and inclusive learning environment, ensuring all students have the opportunity to thrive academically, socially, and emotionally. Responsibilities: Provide one-on-one and small group support to students with SEN, including but not limited to autism spectrum disorders, ADHD, dyslexia, and emotional/behavioural difficulties. Implement individualised education plans (IEPs) and behaviour management strategies to support students in achieving their learning goals. Assist the class teacher in planning and delivering differentiated lessons to accommodate diverse learning needs and styles.
