A leading global law firm requires an exceptional client relationship management specialist to work in partnership with their Managing Relationship Partners, global client teams and the broader partnership to build and deepen client relationships with a selection of the firm's priority Banking practice clients on a 12 month fixed term contract basis.
The team works closely with lawyers to create, develop and execute BD and marketing initiatives to deliver the firm's strategy and works with the business to sell the firm's expertise to clients and generate revenue for the firm.
The successful applicant will be welcomed into the practice business development and marketing team, who are a globally diverse and friendly team focused on driving revenue growth, strengthening reputation and nurturing client relationships.
Our Client has been established for over 150 years, and is passionate about the products they offer to their members (customers).
These products become even more popular in the lead up to Christmas, and for that reason, they have to increase the number of staff within their Member Services team by 35 - 50 each year - just to deal with the sheer volume of orders coming in.
Please note, this is based on a slight shift rota - so you could start between 9 - 10 in the morning, and finish between 5 - 6 in the evening, plus you will be required to work at least one Saturday per month (with a day off in the week).
