You will be managing their service requests and incidents and keeping our customers constantly updated with the latest updates on their requests.
This Outbound Customer Service role is working for a well-established company based in Loudwater.
The role will involve outbound customer service calls and you will be responsible for providing a positive customer journey and cross-selling suitable products where possible.
You will have good telephone-based experience, be used to working to KPIs and self-motivated.

The Role
