Proven track record of managing high-value accounts and driving growth. Experience working with in Experiential Activations and Content Creation. Ability to plan and strategize at a senior level. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Detail-oriented with strong budget management skills. Day to Day of the Role: Provide client support via telephone and email using our client management system. Ensure all email enquiries are responded to within 24 hours of receipt. Administer and monitor the order processing system, maintaining accurate records. Download and record patient results from laboratory partners accurately and promptly. Handle sensitive data in accordance with data protection regulations and maintain confidentiality. Deliver patient results to practitioners in a timely and secure manner. Perform ad-hoc office duties as required. Required Skills & Qualifications: Demonstrable experience in a client services or customer care role. Excellent call handling and telephone skills.
