Client Services Administrator
Contract Type: Fixed-Term Contract (12 Months).
Job Type: Full-time (37.5 hours per week, 9:00 am - 5:30 pm, Monday to Friday with an hour lunch break).
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing a high standard of customer service, customers and colleagues as well as maintaining the day-to-day running of the site from an Administration perspective.
This role will be initially a 3 month temp position, there is potential for the role to be extended beyond this.

The Role
To assist with the day-to-day administration, scheduling works repairs, progamming, materials orders, accounting and provide support to the management and field delivery team.
Our client is a well know and established business in Redditch who are looking for a Customer Service Administrator on a 12 month fixed term contract ( with possibility for a permanent role for the right candidate) to join their small customer service team.
This team is responsible for processing all the sales orders and liaising with other departments to ensure a smooth information flow and high standards.
They may be a small team but they look after their huge existing customer base with all operational aspects of the customer relationship offering the best service.
As a Customer Services Technology Administrator, you will support various Customer Service and Portfolio managers through developing automation processes in Oracle and Salesforce to support the overall customer services management, accounts receivable management and end of lease term efforts.
