Job Description We're looking for a Customer Service Advisor to support our fantastic Lettings teams in Torquay and Paignton. As our Customer Service Advisor you will take ownership of office administration accurately and efficiently and in a professional manner, within a busy customer facing environment. The main purpose of your role is to support the lettings team within the office with administrative duties. This will involve being the first point of contact for customer enquiries both in branch and over the phone and ensuring clients are kept informed through the lettings process.
