A client within the Public Sector based in the Northeast is currently recruiting for a Quantity Surveyor to join their housing team as soon as possible.
Key purpose of the role be responsible for the financial management of construction schemes within building services, working with all stakeholders involved in the projects.
We are currently seeking a Housing Management Officer to carry out housing management duties in a specific area of the town, in close liaison and partnership with tenants, residents, members, other sections and departments and voluntary and statutory organisations to promote and develop inclusive and sustainable areas.
Your main duties will vary some of which will include
Tenancy Matters - Involving a wide variety of individual tasks associated with enforcement of housing policy, for instance alterations, social problems, tenancy support, neighbour nuisances.
Within this role you will be working with children in the community.
You will be working minimum 2:1, ensuring the care and safety of a young service user between the age of 8-18.
For this role, you will need to have good attention to detail, writing detailed notes about the young service users' emotions, interactions with colleagues/family members, conversations in person and on the phone, food diaries and the daily routines.
To be responsible for the financial management of construction schemes within building services, working with all stakeholders involved in the projects.

This is a full time position of 37 hours, and we are paying £33.87 per hour for this role.
