Qualifications and Skills: ACA, ACCA, or equivalent qualification. Substantial experience (X years) in a client-facing role within an accountancy practice. Strong knowledge of accounting principles, tax regulations, and financial reporting standards. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective client interactions. Leadership qualities with the ability to guide and motivate team members. Proficiency in accounting software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other relevant tools. Analytical mindset with attention to detail and a commitment to delivering quality work. Proactive approach to problem-solving and a passion for continuous improvement.
