We are seeking a motivated and resourceful Landlord Liaison Officer to join our Rough Sleeping team.
In this role, you will play a critical part in supporting individuals who have been placed off the streets to transition into more suitable and long-term accommodations.
Your primary responsibilities will involve procuring privately rented properties, building positive relationships with landlords and property agents, and effectively managing accommodation placements.
Supporting clients moving in and liaising with the team for support.
Build and maintaining a very good relationship with partner landlords to increase our portfolio of PRS properties ready to let.
Identify and secure privately rented properties suitable for accommodating individuals who have experienced homelessness, in line with program requirements and budget constraints.
The role is wide-ranging and includes providing administrative support to Senior Managers in addition to providing exceptional customer service and support to clients.

The primary focus of the Tenancy Sustainment Officer role is to support individuals in maintaining their tenancies and preventing homelessness by providing tailored short-term support, signposting to specialist services, and collaborating with multiple agencies to address complex needs.
Act as a senior professional, using knowledge and experience in a specialist area and from own professional experience to provide advice, support and 'critical friend' challenge on cases to colleagues to support them in their work.
Promote and safeguard the wellbeing and interests of the child/young person at all times and throughout all aspects of work.
Take responsibility for a student working in Slough Children First, carrying out their supervision alongside the Assistant Team Manager.
Referring clients to other support agencies and organising MART meetings.
The day-to-day role will include visiting client's residence and raising issues found at an early stage.

Managing a caseload of around 30 cases - people who have been placed in accommodation, providing support to maintain their tenancies and keep them away from returning to the streets.
