Their office is based in the City of London. Description Identify and act on opportunities to enhance client servicing needs. Oversee all aspects of the client journey, from pre-account submissions to ongoing account management. Manage business operational projects and ensure strict adherence to processes and procedures. Develop and maintain relationships with banking counterparties and internal stakeholders. Ensure timely processing of payments and adherence to Service-Level Agreements. Contribute to system and process improvements within the department.
