Kelly Services are looking for a Sales Advisor to join a high-end and leading retailer in Loughborough on a full-time and permanent basis. Salary circa £25,000 per annum depending on experience. Working hours are 09:00 - 17:00 Monday to Friday The Role The role will likely suit someone friendly, confident, and customer-centric to provide a luxury customer experience. This fast-paced nature of this role requires candidates who are extremely organised and able to prioritise tasks whilst being proactive and reactive to customer requirements. As a Sales Advisor your key role is to provide excellent customer service whilst guiding the customer throughout the sales process which can begin over the phone, email or in person and it is important you are a clear, confident, and friendly communicator via each platform. As a Sales Advisor you will offer our customers the highest level of support and advice throughout their journey with us which includes technical advice, design advice and resolving customer queries. About the Role: As an FP&A Analyst, you will drive strategic decision-making through meticulous financial analysis and reporting. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining robust financial models, conducting variance analysis, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to provide valuable insights into our financial performance. Key Tasks and Responsibilities: Develop and maintain financial models for budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning. Analyse financial performance, identify key drivers, trends, and improvement areas. Collaborate with departments to gather and validate financial data for accurate reporting. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, highlighting variances and providing insights. Assist in developing annual budgets and periodic forecasts aligned with strategic goals. Evaluate financial risks and opportunities, recommending actions to enhance performance. Conduct in-depth analysis of net interest margin and balance sheet, proposing performance enhancements. Support management with ad-hoc financial analysis and decision-making support. Participate in projects to improve financial processes and systems. Stay informed about industry trends, regulations, and market conditions affecting financial performance. Skills and Experience: Proven experience as an FP&A Analyst/Financial Analyst Strong proficiency in financial modelling and analysis, with advanced Excel skills; experience with Power BI or similar tools preferred Excellent communication and presentation skills Detail-oriented with high accuracy and ability to meet deadlines Analytical mindset with proactive problem-solving abilities Change-driver with a focus on process automation and improvement Ability to work collaboratively and engage stakeholders at all levels Please put your home postcode on your CV when applying.
