Our client already has an impressive range of products and services provided to customers all around the world with applications in several sectors. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients. You will serve as a primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met and their expectations are exceeded. Additional duties within this role can include: - Prepare and deliver reports and updates to clients on account status, performance metrics, and upcoming initiatives - Working with the engineering team to develop and progress projects with customers, ensuring that the projects are delivered on time in full to budget - Reporting into and working closely with the Commercial Manager as well as internal stakeholders to develop new opportunities in key strategic areas. This role as Account Manager requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
