Along with a salary of £24,000 per annum, you will also receive a monthly KPI bonus, 25 days' holiday Bank Holidays an extra day off at Christmas, company sick pay, a Medicash health plan, service & value awards and a casual dress code. You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with customers. You will have your own client book which you will manage throughout the customer's journey, being their primary point of contact, providing expert guidance, insurance solutions and exceptional customer service. Your role is vital in ensuring that clients receive the best possible insurance cover while fostering long-term partnerships. As Personal Client Manager, your duties and responsibilities will include: Ensuring accuracy, efficiency and professionalism when dealing with both client and insurer in all aspects of the role: new business, renewals, midterm adjustments, queries, and premium financing arrangements Provide expert insurance advice, guidance, and recommendations, ensuring they have the appropriate cover for their assets Advising on existing products in accordance with their needs Regularly review insurance policies to identify gaps in coverage and propose adjustments or additional polices as needed Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling additional insurance products to meet evolving needs We're looking for a Personal Client Manager with: A minimum GCSE at grade C/4 in Maths and English Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) A desire to enter a dynamic and values driven work environment.
