Support Clinic Manager to ensure corporate projects and Occupational Health services are managed efficiently by ensuring customer and client's needs are fulfilled successfully.
Responsibilities
Responsible for leading and running of the clinic's Occupational Health service, including but not limited to the overseeing of OH patients booking, client management, special projects and invoicing.
Managing general corporate healthcare clients and projects through the year.
Responsible for leading and the smooth running of the clinic corporate client contracts and services.
Responsible for leading and running of the clinic 'flu season', including but not limited to the interviewing, hiring and induction of seasonal flu nurses, organising and monitoring flu vaccine levels, ensuring consent forms are appropriately filled, filed and stored, and communicating with corporate clients in order to book and invoice external vaccine sessions.
To ensure the National Flu Vaccination Program, corporate projects and OH services are managed efficiently by ensuring customer and client's needs are fulfilled successfully.
The General Manager will be managerially accountable to the Director of Children's Services and will lead all aspects of the day-to-day operational management of the Children and Young People mental Health Community Services with a responsibility for ensuring good clinical outcomes across the range of services.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE POST
The post holder works in partnership with the Head of Nursing and Clinical Leads for Mental Health Children's Services to ensure the delivery of high-quality, cost-effective patient care within resources available.
