Job Purpose Support Clinic Manager to ensure corporate projects and Occupational Health services are managed efficiently by ensuring customer and client's needs are fulfilled successfully. Responsibilities Responsible for leading and running of the clinic's Occupational Health service, including but not limited to the overseeing of OH patients booking, client management, special projects and invoicing. Managing general corporate healthcare clients and projects through the year Supporting Clinic Manager in meeting project objectives, deadlines and client needs Coordinating schedules, clinicians, equipment and resources for on and off-site projects Coordinating booking requests and support with projects that require our courier and postal services Liaising with all levels of stakeholder to obtain project critical information such as key requirements and objectives Creating reports for manager and other key stakeholders Monitoring project progression, creating detailed reports and maintaining excel sheets for senior management team Producing solutions to problems that may arise within a project Overseeing invoicing clients and projects Frequent corporate outreach in order to establish new clients and maintain good communication with existing ones Supporting business development and looking for opportunities for service growth Establishing strong working relationships with corporate clients, as well as recommending alternative clinic services throughout the year To undertake any other duties or tasks as reasonably required by management Supporting recruitment efforts through hiring and induction for part and full time members of staff
