My client are looking for a dedicated Clinic Manager to oversee the full on-site patient journey at their brand new clinic.
The ideal candidate will be the face of the clinic, providing a warm welcome, managing appointments and maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and organisation.
The role involves managing the patient experience from arrival to departure, ensuring all logistical aspects such as transport and accommodation are handled seamlessly.
Our client is currently seeking a dynamic Clinic Manager responsible for driving commercial growth, ensuring clinical compliance, and achieving operational excellence.
You will oversee a team of staff, ensuring smooth daily operations.
This role requires a deep understanding of business operations, effective communication skills, and a proven track record of leading, motivating, and managing teams to achieve business targets.
Support Clinic Manager to ensure corporate projects and Occupational Health services are managed efficiently by ensuring customer and client's needs are fulfilled successfully.
Responsibilities
Responsible for leading and running of the clinic's Occupational Health service, including but not limited to the overseeing of OH patients booking, client management, special projects and invoicing.
Managing general corporate healthcare clients and projects through the year.
Circa 33 hours per week minimum 4 days per week flexibility considered
Salary circa 30-32k dependent on experience
