The Administrative Coordinator position sits within the hub of this organisation.
The main responsibility will be to process a high volume of orders through the system, to ensure learners are registered and receive their qualification certificates.
The post holder will be required to support the general administrative requirements of One Heart Clinic with particular focus on supporting our patients through the service, in particular when visiting the clinic.
This will require an exceptional level of customer service and multi-tasking.
This is a compressed working hours role whereupon you will work 4 x 10 hour days with a day off midweek.
