Be part of the movement and play your part About the role As a Compliance Coordinator you will be part of a growing team, assisting local Transport Managers and Operational Departments across our various depots in the UK and Ireland. You will be responsible for: Creating reports from the internal compliance systems and distributing to all DFDS depots. Checking and managing the documents received. Monitoring the internal compliance systems ensuring our vehicles and drivers are compliant. Reporting anomalies to the UK&I Compliance & Insurance Team Manager. Requesting, checking and organising driver documents (own and agency). Routine reviews of equipment and driver files ensuring compliance with internal policies. Organising driver improvement courses relating to previous accidents. Working with the team and the Transport Managers resolving any issues arising. Collating information from team members and depots for reporting to the management team. Inform and oversee insurance claims, assist in reporting to the management team. About you your work will primarily be computer-based, and proficiency in Microsoft Office is required. We use bespoke software, but don't worrytraining will be provided.
