Reviewing the clinical governance database and KPIs of each home every month, youll analyse the results and identify practical strategies to make sure all regulations are met and ensure we continually improve the care we deliver, too.
Youll be expected to support the performance of each home ensuring it performs to the highest clinical standards.

As a Regional Clinical Development Nurse at Barchester, youll lead, support and continuously improve the clinical governance and quality of care for residents in ten of our care homes throughout Norfolk, Peterborough and Cambridgeshire.
