Working as the Administrator / Clinic Care Administration Assistant you will join a dynamic team, playing a vital part in supporting the Practice Manager and Clinic Care Coordinator in providing administrative support from enquiry stage through to patent delivery whilst liaising with Legal, Admin, Clinical and Technical Teams. As the Administrator / Clinic Care Administration Assistant your administrative skills and attention to detail will contribute to the smooth running of the clinic and the delivery of high-quality private prosthetic and orthotic rehabilitation. The successful candidate will be required to: Deal with all email and telephone enquiries from case managers and lawyers when required. To convert these enquiries into Clinical Rehabilitation Assessments and Prosthetic and Orthotic patient care Set up Clinical Rehabilitation Assessments & Lower Limb Trauma Clinic appointments and episode planning as required in collaboration with clinicians for triage, through SAP Business 1 Provide full orthotic administration from consultation through to delivery ensuring labour and parts are allocated, completing jobs in a timely fashion on patient delivery Support the Clinic Care Coordinator to arrange Prosthetic client appointments from consultation through to delivery liaising with the clinicians and technicians, processing and tracking component orders and ensuring payment where policy dictates CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS As the Administrator / Clinic Care Administration Assistant you will have the following skills, experience and attributes: Strong administrative and organisational skills, ability to multi-task and effectively prioritise Self-motivation and drive to complete tasks within set timeframes Ability to interact and communicate confidently at all levels Attention to detail HOW TO APPLY To be considered for this job vacancy, please submit your CV to our Recruitment Team who will review your details.
