Role Overview
Handling a diverse range of medical-related cases.
Investigating and assisting in both non-contentious and contentious claims within a varied workload, including providing advice, case preparation, and representing members in defence of clinical negligence cases at all stages.
Applicants should have practical experience handling a caseload covering a wide range of Clinical Negligence matters, or have gained relevant experience assisting in such cases during their training contract.

The role will include working on court documents, identifying key dates/deadlines, liaising with team to complete client returns and general office admin duties.
The ideal candidate will be an ambitious Clinical Negligence Solicitor/fee earner with a minimum of two years' experience who can demonstrate a diverse knowledge of clinical negligence law, as well as demonstrate a desire to progress within the firm.
