In the role of Nursing Manager, you play a vital part in ensuring the delivery of high quality, person centered care across all the Care homes we are recruiting for.
Directly collaborating with care teams, your responsibilities encompass implementing best practices, providing training, and aligning procedures with policies.
The Clinical Lead will provide supervision, management, leadership and support to the Nursing staff and Care Practitioners and will work closely with the other home managers to ensure that the companies philosophy of care is adhered to while care is delivered in a compassionate and sensitive manner.
