RM Recruit Ltd is working with our Coventry based charity client to recruit an Interim Sales Ledger with a view for this to transition into a permanent role. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dedicated charity that makes a real difference in the lives of those in our community. As a Sales Ledger Clerk, you will be responsible for processing and maintaining accurate sales ledger records. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent data entry skills, and the ability to start immediately. Main duties include: Process sales invoices, ensuring accuracy and timely entry into the system. Maintain up-to-date and accurate records of all sales ledger transactions. Monitor and chase outstanding payments, working pro-actively to reduce aged debt. Respond to and resolve any queries related to sales ledger accounts. Support the finance team with ad hoc duties as required. Bank reconciliations Credit Control As the ideal candidate, you will be available immediately as this role requires an immediate start. You will possess strong experience in a similar role with strong SL experience. You will be a strong communicator who possesses eexcellent attention to detail and data accuracy. You will have the aability to work independently and manage time effectively and you will work collaboratively as part of a team. This role is mostly office based with some home working and the charity offer an excellent benefits and annual leave package coupled with an excellent supportive working environment.
