About the roleAs a Retail assistant in one of our Boots Opticians stores you will be working on the shopfloor providing a high standard of care to our customers, recommending products to aid their Eye health and lifestyle.
This will enable you to help our customers find the perfect products tailored to their lifestyle and requirements.
You will spend time building great relationships with customers by listening and understanding their needs.
This job is all about opening doorswhether it's providing support to those in need, fostering a culture of mutual support, or creating opportunities for growth and development.
With your experience in the sector, you understand the importance of practical support, whether it's as a key worker, managing personal plans and quality audits, or conducting SVQ assessments.
You'll also take on leadership responsibilities, including assigning tasks, organising rotas, managing performance, and delivering staff training, all while contributing to our quality improvement plans.
