As Estate Service Team Leader, your responsibilities will include
Managing the work of Operatives to maintain all areas of the estates in respect of caretaking, bulk refuse removal and minor repairs and maintenance work.
Providing day-to-day leadership, line management and support for a team of Operatives ensuring that they operate flexibly and effectively, and are oriented towards meeting the needs of residents and other customers.
General
An Estate Service Team Leader is required to contribute to the smooth functioning of the estate, including line management of Operatives, carrying out operational cleaning duties and the allocation of works as directed by the Managers and Assistant Director of Technical Resources according to the priorities and policies.
Key responsibilities will be to liaise with Management and residents to resolve problems relating to the communal areas and to ensure the smooth running of the development, whilst maintaining its cleanliness and safety.
