Commercial Cleaner Our Client are one of Liverpool's premium accommodation providers for second and third year students. They currently own and manage over 100 high end properties in the Wavertree, Sefton Park and Toxteth areas and we continue to grow year on year. Due to continued growth they are now looking for a full time, permanent cleaner to expand their cleaning team. The successful candidate will join the team to work alongside the existing team of eight cleaners within the cleaning division. Based from their offices on Smithdown Road, you will be responsible for up to three house cleans per day during the working week, covering kitchens, bathrooms and communal areas and reporting to the Cleaning Manager. Core hours will be Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm but the summer maintenance period often requires extra over time. Permanent role based on a salary package of £21k, fully expensed van and up to 6 weeks holiday per year for the successful applicants. These roles are available for an immediate start and all applicants must have a clean driving licence. Only applicants who can drive will be considered.
