General Operative Location: Lisburn Salary: Competitive Our clients are looking for a detail-oriented, self-motivated individual to join their maintenance team as a General Operative. The Role As a valued member of the team, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks to ensure a timely and efficient turnaround of their cabin and equipment hire fleet. Key yard duties will include repairing, maintaining, and cleaning stock equipment. The ideal candidate should have a good basic level of plumbing and joinery experience. Organisational skills will be important to prioritize work schedules and communicate effectively with the main office by telephone. The desired candidate should be capable of using their own initiative, work independently and as part of a team. Good time management and effective communication skills will be essential for success in this role.
