Our client is recruiting for a Cleaner to help assist with our team of Cleaning Operatives and ensure duties are carried out to a high standard on behalf of our client.
Shift Times: 5.30pm - 8.30pm Monday to Friday (No weekends) (12.5 hours per week)
Duties Will Include
Dusting, damp wipe or washing walls, skirting boards, handrails, ledges, window sills, radiators, lifts, doors and frames.
Working within our clean room production area the Assembly and Production Assistant will assist with non-technical production and masking of intricate products, coatings and coverings using small hand held equipment and tools whilst ensuring the equipment is kept clean and running smoothly.
We are an international coating organisation supplying a diverse range of clients with laboratory standard finishes to a range of products.
Working in a seated work bench environment you will be working Mon to Fri 37.5 hours per week, we can offer free parking and a starting pay rate that rises after successful completion of your probationary period.
Experience of undertaking a range of general cleaning duties The desire to work flexibly using your own initiative with minimal supervision The ability to perform tasks of a physical nature including twisting and stooping A strong team player Experience of keeping accurate records and reports The ability to work in a pressured environment and prioritise tasks effectively Knowledge of Manual Handling and Health & Safety regulations Computer skills including Outlook, Word and Excel Some experience of working in a SEND setting would be an advantage.

The Cleaning and Facilities Assistant is responsible for maintaining a clean, welcoming and safe environment for all the pupils, staff and visitors here at our centre.
Key responsibilities will include carrying out routine and one-off cleaning tasks, conducting Health and Safety checks, organising classroom resources, replenishment and ordering of supplies and acting as a point of contact and host for suppliers and deliveries.
