The successful candidates will provide support to class teachers and work with individual students or small groups to help them achieve their academic potential. To inspect cans or components for defects- If/when inspection targets allow training will be give enable individual to run the production equipment. Main Duties and Responsibilities: Ensure all production targets are met by machine running at optimum performance whilst working to GMP standards Provide cover for colleagues who have to leave their machines whilst still in operation e.g. break times. Ensure batch components match planned work orders Carry out safety checks and maintain a high standard of safety and housekeeping e.g. clean floors, changing rooms, boxes in correct locations, machine cleanliness, Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) e.g. safety glasses shoes, etc. Complete all appropriate paperwork including process logbook and product identification labels. Verbally brief colleague when machine is handed over, including schedule, problems with machine, QC checks underway, etc. Work with and support trainees and colleagues in other departments Liaise with Team Leader, Shift Leader and Quality in solving batch and/or valve problems Adhere to site regulations working safely and complying with all company safe working practices and procedures. This role is on a rotating shift basis 6am to 2pm / 2pm to 10pm. You need to be available to work both shifts. There is onsite parking available!
