Our client looking for a reliable and detail-focused Call Centre Agent to join a customer support and claims handling team.
This role requires excellent communication skills, strong data entry accuracy, and the ability to work efficiently in a busy contact centre environment.
With a sound understanding of the regulatory timescales and deadlines associated with complaint resolution, you will be required to take case ownership and conduct a comprehensive investigation using all available information and documentation.
