The Claims Handler will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to the policyholder during the claims process This is a hybrid position, home and office based. In return, the Claims Handler will expect a salary of up to £27,000, 26 days paid annual leave, pension contribution, access to thousands of perks and discounts, optional health and wellbeing cover and life assurance at 4 x your annual salary. Role & Responsibilities: Manage your own personal portfolio of claims Manage and process full end to end claims Customer service (written and phone based) Skills & Requirements: Inbound and outbound call handling experience is imperative Claims handling knowledge El / PL or third party property claims experience is desired Team player with a passion for helping others Proactive, with the ability to work with initiative Able to work as part of a team to ensure client SLAs are met Given the opportunities for progression with this role, we normally expect a high number of applications.
