Day to day duties will include: Processing and handling claims from inception to completion - supporting insurers and clients along the way with all relevant documentation and regular updates where required - you will also be expected to provide Claims Reports to clients and stakeholders of analyses of claims data, identifying trends, assess risk exposure and recommending measures to minimise future claims where possible.
As a the main point of contact you will be expected to develop relationships with new and existing clients which will include often face to face meetings, managing the client's needs and expectations cementing long term relationships.

This role won't be a handling claims as such, but will be more on the analytical/data side of things so they are looking for someone who has strong technical knowledge in the claims space who can analyze, manage and understand data.

Key responsibilities will include
