This role won't be a handling claims as such, but will be more on the analytical/data side of things so they are looking for someone who has strong technical knowledge in the claims space who can analyze, manage and understand data.

Key responsibilities will include
Handle in an accurate and timely manner the referral of large and complex Liability claims and claims falling within the referral criteria of each program; and subsequently monitoring these referred claims in closer detail.
You will be offering assistance to Senior Claims Advocates and Claims Manager as needed.
Maintaining continuous communication with claims colleagues, accounts, and other divisions within the business to ensure timely and accurate production of documentation and maintenance of systems and records.
Effectively managing workload and time to optimise efficiency and meet deadlines and targets.
