Salary: £43,571 to £52,226 per annum Location: Haywards Heath/ Norwich Hours: 36 per week Contract Type: Permanent This is an exciting opportunity to join a small team managing the latent defects process. It's an interesting and varied role with cross team working. This is a challenging role but if you like problem solving, are a good communicator and are passionate about customer service, this is the role for you. The Latent Defect Team is in place to act as liaison ensuring that obligations for managing all suspected latent defect cases are met. This relates to all new build properties aged up to 12 years old. You will be required to take ownership of each case and track actions ensuring delivery is achieved by managing accountability and timescales. It is essential we work collaboratively with other teams to respond in a timely manner to any report of a suspected latent defect case. Each case needs to be fully investigated, with written reports and photographs, and where necessary carry out interim repairs whilst being mindful of invalidating any warranties that may be in place. Customer service and communication skills are key, to keep the customer updated at every stage of the rectification journey. This is a hybrid role with a base location at our offices in Haywards Heath or Norwich. Candidates will be expected to work from the office at least 1 day per week. Applicants must be able to travel across the region as required. Occasional travel may be required with attendance at your designated office base, occasional travel to other Clarion offices or site visits as and when required.
