You will actively listen to their needs and concerns and address / challenge behaviour that impacts negatively on the student and provide tailored guidance / support whilst liaising with teachers, social workers, the management at the school, other educational professions and parents/guardians.
The successful Behaviour Mentor will support students with social, emotional or behavioural problems that affect their ability to learn.
