Home Based Supervising Social Worker salary up to £40,000 per annum NonStop Care is working with an Independent Fostering Agency with an excellent reputation, in order to help them find an experienced Supervising Social Worker who can join them on a permanent basis. This is a home based role, offering you a lot of flexibility with your schedule. Responsibilities: The Supervising Social Worker will oversee a small caseload of 10 foster families located around the South West Somerset / North Somerset area. If the caseload is full, your role will be just to provide support and supervision tot he foster carers. If caseload is less than 10 than this there will be a requirement to be involved in either carer training delivery, form f assessments, participation/engagement events, recruitment events etc. depending on where strengths sit. They have a Good Ofsted rating and they a family feel culture to carers and staff, one that is supportive and kind.
