Provide social work help and intervention to safeguard and promote the welfare of children in need so that children maintain a reasonable standard of health and development, receive reasonable parenting, and have a sense of permanence through secure attachment to their parents or carers.
Expectation of 3 days work in the office per week and 2 days working from home.

We are aiming to speak with skilled & experienced Support Workers for children and young people, ready & able to assist with a varied load case, all with varied complexities.
Our Workers will be expected to provide knowledge, experience, assistance & support to maintain a safe & stable family environment, with the well-being of our Young People at heart.
