The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to children and young people with physical and learning disabilities.
The Residential Support Worker will work on a rolling rota covering various shifts, including some weekends.
As a Residential Support Worker with prior experience in children's residential care, you will provide high-quality assessments and support for young people (ages 12-17) facing learning difficulties and exhibiting emotional or challenging behaviors.

Our bank workers work flexibly to support our young people and cover shifts in our homes as required and are paid on an hourly rate basis starting at £15.82 per hour plus an additional payment of £2.37 per hour in lieu of annual leave.
This role has a starting salary of £29,697 per annum based on a 36-hour week plus enhanced rates of pay for weekends, bank holidays and sleep in duties.
