Our bank workers work flexibly to support our young people and cover shifts in our homes as required and are paid on an hourly rate basis starting at £14.86 per hour plus an additional payment of £2.30 per hour in lieu of annual leave.

This role has a starting salary of £27,897 per annum based on a 36-hour week plus enhanced rates of pay for weekends, bank holidays and sleep in duties.
