To undertake the identification of opportunities for commissioning of a defined sub area of care and support/public health or prevention services.
Drawing up service specifications, and developing clear quality standards and desired outcomes for services, including those in multi-agency environments, by liaising with SCC colleagues, stakeholders, partner organisations, service users and carers.
Provide a friendly and professional point of contact for the Operations Team and Sub Contractors for any queries or concerns.
Interpret and log data, inputting details into an in-house system, providing and tracking o work on a regular basis understanding of the status of the work and ensure SLA's are met.
Implement and monitor internal controls related to financial reporting, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing best practices.
Lead the preparation and consolidation of financial statements for the group, ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards (IFRS, GAAP).
Stay abreast of emerging accounting standards and provide guidance on their potential impact, ensuring compliance and effective communication across the organisation.
